Why Stats Rely Free Counter?

Stats Rely is able to provide you with valuable information of the visitors to your website. There are many reasons why a detailed analysis of visitors to your website can be very important, e.g. to determine the impact your website has on visitors, your visitors find it difficult to navigate through your website or you need to know if it is required to further promote your website.

What exactly is Stats Rely?

Stats Rely is a remotely hosted traffic logging service: after creating a user account, you just need to place a small code section on the place you want to track. In short, Stats Rely is a stats monitoring service that allows you to track all the activity, patterns and traffic to your website. You'll be able to view detailed information about all visitors to your website, how they found your site, paths taken while browsing your website and much more.

Our statistics allows you to find out amongst others:

  • How many visitors came to my website?
  • From which country are they surfing?
  • What pages are mostly viewed?
  • What information are visitors most interested in?
  • From which link are visitors coming to my webpage?
  • Which keywords are used to find my webpage?
  • What traffic is coming from search engines?
  • How do visitors navigate through my webpage?

Are there any restrictions in regards to log file size?

The log size is based on a time period and is set by default to 7 days.

How can I use the statistics provided by Stats Rely?

The three main statistics which can evaluate the progress of your website are unique visitors, hits and page views. These are displayed by the hour, day, week or month of year, by graphic display and summary.

A unique visitor is defined as a visit from one particular ip over a certain period of time, definable from 1 hour to 24 hours. A hit is counted every time a user opens a page on the web site different to previously viewed one. Reloading the same page does not count as a hit. Page views are the total number of page views, including reloading the same page, the page view being a unique visit, or coming from a different page.

The ratio of page view/unique visitor allows you to determine easily how many visitors are coming to your website and the captivity of your website, how long are they staying on your site.
